JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD RECRUITER / DRIVER ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary
Bounce is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Recruiter to support driver and delivery partner onboarding across Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding drivers while coordinating with multiple hubs and operations teams to ensure hiring targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and recruit drivers/delivery partners through field activities, references, job portals, social media, and local networks.
• Visit Bounce hubs across Bangalore on a regular basis to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews of driver candidates.
• Explain company policies, incentives, earnings structure, and onboarding requirements to candidates.
• Collect and verify required documents such as Driving License, Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Details, and Vehicle Documents.
• Coordinate with operations and hub managers for onboarding and activation of drivers.
• Track daily hiring, onboarding, and joining status.
• Organize recruitment drives, walk-ins, and field campaigns to increase driver acquisition.
• Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and submit daily/weekly hiring reports.
Requirements
• Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, field hiring, driver onboarding, sales, or operations.
• Comfortable traveling extensively within Bangalore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in logistics, mobility, delivery, gig workforce, or driver hiring.
• Strong field networking and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and onboarding activities.
