Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Promote orthopedic and sports injury services to referring doctors, clinics, physiotherapists, and hospitals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate and manage OPDs at different locations.
• Increase patient referrals through ethical marketing practices.
• Conduct awareness campaigns, health camps, and community outreach programs.
• Distribute promotional materials and ensure brand visibility.
• Generate daily visit reports and maintain referral records.
• Assist in organizing CMEs, seminars, and promotional events.
• Achieve monthly marketing and patient acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/hospital marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within Jaipur and nearby cities.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

Salary

• ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives + Travel Allowance.
