Relationship Manager- Mortgages

JOB TITLE: Client Relationship Manager – Mortgage Loans (No Sales Targets)

EXPERIENCE: Fresher or Experienced (Anyone can apply)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a completely non-target role with zero sales pressure. Your main responsibility is to manage the client's loan process and coordinate smoothly with banks to get loan files approved. We are happy to train the right candidate!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Client Coordination: Collect financial and property documents from clients and keep them updated on their loan status.

* Bank Liaison: Coordinate daily with partner banks and NBFCs to submit files, answer credit queries, and speed up loan processing.

* Data Management: Keep a clean record of all running files using basic Excel and organize digital client folders.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

* Education/Experience: Open to freshers who want to learn banking operations, or experienced professionals looking for a no-target role.

* Tools: Basic Excel, professional email/WhatsApp communication, and clean PDF scanning/handling.

* Languages: Fluent English and local languages (Kannada is a major advantage for bank visits).

* Traits: Highly organized, patient, and excellent at building friendly relationships with

bank staff.
