Dietician

Job Overview- Assess the nutritional status and dietary requirements of patients. - Develop and implement individualized diet plans for OPD and IPD patients. - Provide nutritional counseling for patients with diabetes, hypertension, obesity, renal disorders, cardiac diseases, and other medical conditions. - Monitor patient progress and modify diet plans as required. - Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications. - Maintain accurate records of patient assessments, diet plans, and follow-up consultations. - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
