Network Support Engineer (Fresher to 2+ Years Experience)


📍 Location: Ahmedabad | 🕒 Full-Time


We are hiring a Network Support Engineer with hands-on experience in MikroTik, TCP/IP, PPPoE, DNS/DHCP, VLAN, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting. The role involves providing L1/L2 technical support, resolving network issues, configuring network devices, and assisting customers with technical queries.


Requirements:

  • Fresher to 2+ years of experience in Network/Technical Support
  • Good knowledge of MikroTik RouterOS and networking concepts
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Networking, or related field


Preferred: Experience with ISP environments, Radius, and Linux basics.
