Job Description – Quality Control Executive

Position: Quality Control Executive

Qualification:Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities :- Conduct quality inspections and testing of Fly Ash Bricks, Paver Blocks, Concrete Blocks, Kerb Stones, AAC Blocks, and other precast concrete products.

Monitor raw material quality and production processes to ensure compliance with specifications.

Perform routine tests such as compressive strength, water absorption, dimensional checks, and other quality parameters.

Maintain quality records, test reports, and documentation.

Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues.

Ensure adherence to BIS standards and customer quality requirements.

Inspect finished goods before dispatch and ensure quality compliance.

Support quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the building materials, concrete products, or construction materials industry.

Knowledge of quality testing procedures and relevant IS standards.

Location : Howrah & Hooghly

Salary : As per company standards (12-15K) and candidate experience.
