Job Description
Experience: 1–2 Years
Department: Human Resources
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in monthly payroll processing and salary verification.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and payroll records.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.
- Prepare appointment, confirmation, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate full & final settlements and maintain HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare HR and payroll MIS reports.
- Address employee payroll and HR-related queries.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll and HR operations.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRMS.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
