Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, audits, and financial reporting for our jewellery business. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, cost control, and strategic financial planning.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
• Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Taxation & ComplianceHandle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and tax payments.
• Liaise with tax authorities and auditors during assessments.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
• Audit & Internal ControlsCoordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
• Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor jewellery inventory valuation and reconciliation.
• Analyze stock movement, wastage, and cost variances.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits and stock verification.
• Ensure proper accounting of gold, diamond, silver, and other precious inventory.
• Budgeting & Financial PlanningPrepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget variances and recommend improvements.
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
• Evaluate profitability and cost optimization opportunities.
• Banking & TreasuryManage banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Monitor fund utilization and financial commitments.
• Coordinate with banks for loans, guarantees, and working capital requirements.
