Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) customers through field sales and direct sourcing.
Generate leads and convert them into active CASA accounts.
Cross-sell banking products such as Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business growth.
Achieve monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure KYC documentation and compliance with bank policies.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account activation and customer onboarding.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries promptly.
Requirements
Experience: 1–6 years in Banking Sales.
Prior experience in CASA Sales is mandatory.
Experience selling banking products such as CASA, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, Mutual Funds, or Fixed Deposits is preferred.
Strong knowledge of banking products and sales processes.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
Graduation in any discipline.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
