Hiring: Female Telesales ExecutiveLocation: DCM, Ajmer Road, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to generate and nurture leads over phone calls. Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or real estate sales will be an added advantage.
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments/site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and effectively.
- RequirementsFemale candidates only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and strong convincing skills.
