Job Title: Collection Telecaller

Salary: ₹13,000–₹18,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Description:

A Collection Telecaller is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers through outbound calls. The role involves negotiating repayment plans, resolving billing-related queries, and updating customer account information. Candidates should maintain a professional and empathetic approach while achieving collection targets and adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.

Negotiate and follow up on repayment plans.

Address customer billing and payment-related queries.

Update customer account records accurately.

Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English and the local language.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Experience in collections or telecalling is preferred but freshers may also apply.
