Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, understand client requirements, ensure timely communication, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, interviews, documentation, and deployment.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, agreements, and service-related documents.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure timely feedback and smooth project execution.
• Resolve client issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and new client referrals.
• Coordinate with operations, recruitment, and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
