About the Role
Readycoder Private Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Executive Assistant & Secretary. This role involves working directly with the CEO to manage client communication, schedule meetings, coordinate with teams, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, client interaction, and learning new skills in a fast-growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, project updates, and payment follow-ups.
- Communicate with hot leads provided by the sales team and assist in lead conversion.
- Coordinate between the top management, clients, sales team, and technical team.
- Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in managing the sales team and monitoring lead progress.
- Coordinate with the WordPress and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
- Handle emails, calls, and other day-to-day executive coordination tasks.
- Travel with the CEO for important client meetings, seminars, networking events, and business conferences whenever required.
- Learn basic WordPress and company processes (training will be provided).
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident in speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Gmail, and online meeting platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with occasional travel for business meetings and events.
Preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are also welcome to apply.
