Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Academic Counsellor who can connect with students over calls, understand their academic background, and guide them toward the right courses and universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with student leads
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses
• Provide clear information about universities and programs
• Guide students through the admission process
• Maintain regular communication and build trust

Candidate Profile:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali preferred)
• Confident and positive attitude
• Basic understanding of education/courses (training will be provided)
• Ability to handle conversations with a helpful approach
• Freshers and experienced both can apply
