About the RoleGbG EV Cabs Private Limited is looking for dynamic and customer-focused IVR Calling Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls related to investment queries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing investor concerns, providing accurate information about investment-related processes, and ensuring a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound IVR calls related to investor inquiries.

• Respond to queries regarding investments made in the company.

• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining confidentiality.

• Record customer interactions and update CRM/database with call details.

• Escalate complex investment-related issues to the concerned department.

• Follow up with investors whenever required to ensure timely resolution.

• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

• Meet daily call handling and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Experienced candidates who have experience in tele calling have an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Assamese (preferred).

• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

• Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in customer support, telecalling, or BPO will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.

• Strong customer handling and query resolution abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
