Job Description

1. Mechanical Quality Inspection

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished mechanical components as per drawings and quality standards.
  • Perform dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
  • Identify and report defects, non-conformities, and quality issues.
  • Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure product quality compliance.

2. Electrical Quality Inspection

  • Inspect electrical panels, wiring, assemblies, and components as per approved specifications.
  • Verify wiring quality, component fitment, and electrical connections.
  • Conduct basic electrical testing and functional checks using measuring instruments.
  • Report quality deviations and assist in corrective actions.
  • Maintain inspection reports and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
