Job Description

Job Brief: He/She will do advisory to assigned clients to trade and investment along with the risk associated with a particular trade. Further intimating clients about market updates which will have an impact on their portfolio. He/she will do cross selling of all investment products.

Responsibilities:1 Executing trades and informing clients.

· Business Development – Identifying and securing new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and client engagement.

· Wealth Management – Maximizing client wealth through investment planning, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.

· Investment Advisory – Providing tailored investment recommendations based on market research and financial analysis.

· Marketing – Promoting financial products through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and event participation.

· Brand Building – Enhancing company visibility and reputation through networking, strategic partnerships, and industry events.

· Financial Forecasting, Reporting, and Analysis – Analyzing financial data to predict trends, prepare reports, and support decision-making.

· Market Research – Conducting industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and improve investment strategies.

· Sales and Cold Calling – Engaging potential clients through direct outreach to generate leads and drive conversions.

Result oriented- Attaining targets to get business growth.

Skills Required: 1 Commerce graduate

2 knowledge of finance & accounts

3 Required fresher or 6 month experience.

4 hand on excel sheet & to do sheets.

*Probation period is of 3 month

*Salary- negotiable

*Candidate need to give 2 years commitment to continue this job.

Goals & Efforts which will be driven, expected & tracked in job of the Financial Advisors

 • Broking Revenue Generation via Advisory & Dealing

 • Hyper-activating Active Clients

 • Re-activating Inactive Clients

 • Cross-Selling Other Products to Clients (like IAP, TGS, MF, PMS, Insurance, etc.) 

• Client Acquisition through Referrals

 • Training Clients on company tools like Mobile App, Web Solutions etc

Engagement & Touch Base with the Clients to be tracked through Talk Time and Meetings 

• Managing RMS, Payment Follow Ups 

• Solving Client Queries • Continuous upgradation of self via attending trainings, giving exams, reading, etc

➢ The Financial Advisors will have to mandatorily – 

• Attend Morning Meetings

 • Read the Research Notes 

• Attend Training Programs

• Appear for Daily, Weekly Exams & Monthly Viva’s 

• Systematically follow all the processes which are laid down by the company
