  • Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing

  • Job postings, resume screening, interviews coordinate karna.
  • Skilled manpower hire karna (production, QC, accounts, sales).
  • Employee Relations

  • Attendance, leave records aur payroll coordination.
  • Employee grievances resolve karna aur motivation programs chalana.
  • Compliance & Documentation

  • PF, ESIC, gratuity aur statutory compliance maintain karna.
  • HR policies aur SOPs draft aur implement karna.
  • Training & Development

  • Induction programs organize karna.
  • Skill development workshops plan karna.
  • Performance Management

  • Appraisal system implement karna.
  • KPI aur productivity reports maintain karna.
  • 🔹 Required SkillsStrong communication (Hindi/English).
  • Knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
  • MS Office, HRMS software proficiency.
  • Problem-solving aur negotiation skills.
