Design & Sales Expert

 Design Expert We are looking for dynamic and client-focused Design & Sales professionals to drive luxury interior sales. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting design solutions, coordinating with design teams, and closing sales while ensuring a premium customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements.
• Showcase the company portfolio, conduct experience walkthroughs, and present customized design solutions. 
• Advise clients on layouts, materials, finishes, and current design trends. 
• Coordinate with the design team to develop tailored proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals including cost estimates and project timelines.
• Consistently follow up with leads and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings. 

Requirements

• Experience in luxury sales, preferably in interiors or related industries.
• Design background is mandatory. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience. 
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Highly presentable with a client-facing mindset.
• Persistent and goal-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Passion for sales with ownership of targets and numbers.
• High standards of ethics and honesty.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven sales environment.
