Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
  • Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery.
  • Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
  • Train and guide F&B Associates and Stewards.
  • Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance.
  • Ensure proper billing and payment procedures.
  • Upsell food and beverage items whenever appropriate.
  • Maintain service quality and follow company SOPs.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-service standards.
  • Support opening and closing procedures and daily outlet checklists.
