Job Opening: Travel Consultant GDS Process (Hopper Fulfilment)

We are hiring experienced professionals for the Hopper Fulfilment Travel Process at our Thane office.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Handle travel-related customer queries and fulfilment requests using GDS platforms.
• Book, modify, and manage domestic and international travel reservations.
• Deliver accurate and timely travel solutions while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Qualification: HSC or Graduate.
• Minimum 23 years of experience in the travel domain with extensive GDS knowledge.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Amadeus and/or Sabre.
• Excellent English communication skills (only Cluster 1 or Cluster 2 communication levels will be considered).
• Candidates must reside within the approved IBU transport boundaries of Thane.

Shift & Working Schedule:-

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Thane)
• Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
• Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Selection Process:-

1. HR Interview
2. AMCAT Assessment
3. Writex Test
4. Operations Interview

Salary:-

• Up to ₹42,000 in-hand per month, depending on the candidate's last drawn salary and overall experience.

Note: Date of Joining (DOJ) will be communicated separately. Only candidates meeting the mandatory GDS and communication requirements will be considered.
