Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our solar business operations and drive growth in the renewable energy sector.
Position: Regional Manager – Solar Business
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand rooftop solar and EPC business.
- Build and manage dealer/channel partner networks.
- Lead and motivate the sales and operations team.
- Achieve regional sales targets and business growth.
- Coordinate with customers, DISCOMs, and project execution teams.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in the solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of rooftop solar, EPC projects, and government subsidy schemes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- MBA/B.Tech/Diploma (preferred).
Location: Multiple Locations (Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & West Bengal)
