Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee daily garment production operations and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in garment manufacturing processes.

• Coordinate with merchandising, cutting, quality, and finishing departments.

• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, and workflow improvements.
• Train and motivate production staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and workplace discipline.
• Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
