Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Closing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into successful sales, managing the complete sales closure process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional personality, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales closing process from qualified lead to booking and final closure.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and maintain regular follow-ups to maximise conversions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Sourcing, Presales, CRM, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless documentation and booking processes.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and completion of required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales closure and revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 Years Minimum of proven experience in real estate sales or closing.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
