Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed with excellent English typing skills and a strong focus on accuracy. Candidates must be able to enter data without spelling mistakes and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data accurately into company systems.
- Verify and review data for errors before submission.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of records.
- Organize and manage digital files and documents.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.
Requirements:
- Good typing speed with excellent English typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data entry software/tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
