Job Title: Team Leader – Operations & Back Office
Department:
Operations / Administration
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Team Leader to manage and monitor the daily work of field and back office staff. The Team Leader will ensure timely task completion, maintain discipline, coordinate between departments, follow up with employees, and submit accurate reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the daily activities of office and field staff.
- Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and daily reporting.
- Ensure all employees update their assigned tasks in ClickUp and submit reports at scheduled intervals.
- Follow up with employees for pending work and required documents.
- Coordinate with supervisors, field executives, and office staff for smooth operations.
- Review daily work reports and maintain performance records.
- Ensure accurate data entry, proposal updates, and document management.
- Monitor KYC, billing, proposal, and administrative activities.
- Verify work counts and productivity reports submitted by employees.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Escalate delays, absenteeism, or performance issues to management.
- Coordinate through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other official communication channels.
- Maintain records of employee performance, work status, and pending tasks.
- Support management in planning, reporting, and operational improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up ability.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of ClickUp or any task management software.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, Team Handling, or Back Office Management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in manpower management, facility management, or service industry.
- Ability to handle both field and office operations efficiently.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills with a disciplined and result-oriented approach.
