WE'RE HIRING – ASSISTANT (Casting & Production)

Abhishek Arora Casting & Events is looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Assistant to join our team.

We have been working in the Bollywood industry for the last 12 years, handling casting for Movies, TV Commercials (TVCs), Web Series, Music Videos, and Brand Campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage data and records on a laptop
  • Handle paperwork and production documents
  • Create basic PPT presentations and reports
  • Coordinate with artists and manage their schedules
  • Assist during shoots and travel with the production team when required
  • Support the team with day-to-day production and casting activities

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable traveling for shoots when required

Location: Mumbai
