Accountant

Job Description: Accountant / Accounts ExecutiveRole Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant/Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting: Record all financial transactions, invoices, and vouchers accurately using Tally or other accounting software.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ledger Management: Maintain, check, and balance all ledgers on a timely basis.
• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and manage customer invoices and payment records.
• Taxation & Compliance: Assist with GST, TDS, and timely tax filing procedures.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for management review.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of Balance Sheet analysis and ledger balancing.
• Basic knowledge of tax regulations and database reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
