Job Overview:

SEA News is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive advertising sales and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and a solid understanding of media sales along with industry exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for advertising sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across real estate, hotel industry, and educational institutions (schools, colleges, coaching centers).
• Promote SEA News advertising solutions and generate revenue through effective sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities, especially in the media and publication industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of real estate, hospitality, and education sectors.
• Familiarity with major publications and media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good market understanding and ability to generate leads independently.

Additional Requirements:

• Candidate must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
• Presentable appearance with a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
