Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the provided leads.
- Explain our educational services, courses, and admission process.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counseling team to ensure smooth admissions.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
