Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, billing, and financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and Excel, along with experience in handling end-to-end accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing, invoicing, and sales entries in Tally
• Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently
• Perform Tally ERP 9 operations and data entry
• Maintain records of payments, cash flow, and expenses
• Prepare financial reports and assist in balance sheet analysis
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all transactions
• Work on Advanced Excel for data tracking and MIS reporting
• Support in tax-related work and basic compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting role
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and Advanced MS Excel
• Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Basic understanding of taxation and financial auditing
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy

Language Requirement:

• Gujarati (Preferred)
• Hindi (Required)
