Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Outreach: Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screening & Selection: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department managers to define role requirements and staffing needs.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the closing process.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate candidate data and records within the ATS.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place to work to attract top talent.
