Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews for various job roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

• Maintain candidate database and update records

• Follow up with candidates for interview and joining

Requirements:

• Freshers can apply

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Comfortable with calling and coordination

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
