🎓 Qualification: MBA in HR / BBA / Any relevant degree

🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support our growing team. The candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and have strong communication skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Handling end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

* Coordinating onboarding & induction of new employees

* Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

* Managing attendance, leave records & payroll coordination

* Handling employee engagement activities

* Supporting management in HR policies & compliance

* Resolving employee queries and maintaining healthy work culture

🔹 Required Skills:

* Good communication & interpersonal skills

* Basic knowledge of HR processes & labor laws

* Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office

* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
