Job Title: Site HR Executive

Location: Naroda GIDC Near Gate No5

Job Summary:

The Site HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the site level, including attendance management, recruitment, employee engagement, HRIS maintenance, and coordination with vendors for statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attendance Management:
• Ensure daily attendance is accurately tracked and cleared in the system. Resolve discrepancies such as NCNS, LOP, and missed punches in a timely manner.
• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage hiring activities as per business requirements, coordinate with agencies, and ensure smooth onboarding of new associates.
• Employee Engagement:
• Drive engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and maintain a positive work environment at the site.
• HRIS Management:
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and People Portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Statutory Compliance:
• Coordinate with vendors for ESIC and PF-related activities, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of employee queries.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Work closely with operations, agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth HR functioning at the site.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR operations and processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of labor laws (ESIC, PF, etc.)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations / site HR role preferred
