Job OverviewWe are looking for a HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for the company. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to ensure timely and quality hiring.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process (Requirement to Joining)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls/interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain daily recruitment tracker and reports
• Follow up with candidates for interview updates and joining confirmation
• Manage candidate database and pipeline
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Work on multiple job roles simultaneously
• Required SkillsStrong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and hiring cycle
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Good knowledge of job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in HR / Recruitment
• Experience in hiring for multiple roles (Sales, Operations, Tech, etc.)
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring
• Performance ExpectationsClose positions within given timelines
• Maintain quality candidate pipeline
• Ensure regular follow-ups and reporting
• Achieve monthly hiring targets
