Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring talented candidates to support the growth of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand hiring requirements from different departments.
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment records.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
