Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Post job ads and find suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and shortlist staff
- Coordinate joining and onboarding
- Maintain staff records and attendance
- Ensure smooth hiring as per restaurant needs
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to hire staff quickly for restaurant operations
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
