Job Description
Royal Tint is a fast-growing company in premium glass and surface solutions, specializing in Switchable Film, Switchable Glass, PPF, and architectural products. With operations across India and expansion plans in manufacturing, we are building a strong team to support our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support roles
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes
- Handle employee onboarding, training, and performance management
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and compliance
- Build company culture and improve employee engagement
- Support management in organizational planning and team structuring
Requirements:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in HR roles
- Experience in SME or growing company environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and departments
- Familiarity with HR software and systems
