Job Summary
The HR & Admin Assistant will support the HR and Administration functions by handling recruitment coordination, employee documentation, attendance, compliance records, and general office administration activities to ensure smooth organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 A. HR Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment process (job posting, scheduling interviews, coordination)
- Maintain employee personal files and documentation
- Support onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll data preparation
- Maintain PF, ESIC, and other compliance documentation
- Prepare HR letters (offer letter, appointment letter, warning letter, etc.)
- Update employee database and HR MIS reports
- Support performance appraisal documentation
🔹 B. Administration Responsibilities
- Handle office maintenance and facility coordination
- Manage housekeeping and security staff coordination
- Maintain office stationery and asset records
- Handle courier and dispatch records
- Coordinate meetings and maintain MOM
- Vendor coordination for office services
- Maintain statutory and compliance records
- Support management in day-to-day administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA-HR)
- 0–3 years of experience in HR & Administration
- Basic knowledge of Labour Laws, PF & ESIC
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Salary Range
As per company standards and candidate experience (Ahmedabad market).
