Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
• Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on portals
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
