Job Description
Role and responsibility
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Posting job openings on platforms like LinkedIn or Naukri.com
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Communicating with candidates (offers, rejections, follow-ups)
2. Employee Onboarding
- Preparing offer letters and joining documents
- Conducting induction sessions for new hires
- Explaining company policies, culture, and expectations
3. Attendance & Payroll Support
- Tracking attendance, leaves, and holidays
- Coordinating with payroll teams for salary processing
- Handling basic queries related to payslips or deductions
4. Employee Relations
- Acting as a point of contact for employee concerns
- Resolving workplace issues professionally
- Maintaining a positive work environment
5. HR Documentation & Records
- Keeping employee files updated (digital or physical)
- Managing contracts, ID cards, and compliance documents
6. Performance & Appraisals
- Supporting performance review cycles
- Collecting feedback from managers
- Maintaining appraisal records
7. Training & Development
- Identifying skill gaps
- Organizing training sessions or workshops
8. Compliance & Policies
- Ensuring company follows labor laws
- Updating HR policies when needed
