Job Title: HR & Admin Executive (Male)
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Bhayla, Plant
Experience: 2+ Years
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support HR functions at our manufacturing facility. The role primarily involves contractor management, workforce coordination, and factory administration, along with basic HR responsibilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Contractor & Workforce Management
· Handle contractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance
· Coordinate with contractors for manpower planning and deployment
· Monitor contract labor attendance, discipline, and performance
· Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labor
2. Worker Hiring & Coordination
· Manage recruitment of factory workers and support staff
· Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
· Maintain worker records and documentation
· Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities
3. Factory Administration
· Oversee day-to-day administrative activities within the factory
· Manage housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and facility services
· Ensure proper maintenance of office and factory premises
· Handle vendor coordination for admin-related services
4. HR Support Functions
· Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation
· Support in employee engagement and grievance handling
· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field
· 2+ years of experience in factory HR/Admin role
· Good knowledge of labor laws and contractor compliance
· Strong coordination and communication skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, attendance systems, etc.)
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Male candidate preferred
· Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
· Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
