HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Male)
Location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 1– 2 Years
Qualification: MBA in HR
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can drive talent acquisition across campus, Head Office, and plant operations. This role offers great exposure to bulk and strategic hiring.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions
- Lead campus hiring initiatives and coordinate with institutions
- Handle sourcing through job portals, references & social platforms
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation & candidate closure
- Collaborate closely with management for hiring decisions
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in plant/manufacturing hiring is a plus
