Job Description
As a Business Development Executive at FIXITBOX TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. This dynamic position involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop new leads through calling and build relationship with PVT or LLP company Directors CA/Consultant to create prospects.
Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Engage potential clients through persuasive communication over the phone, present, promote, and sell our stellar services using persuasive sales techniques.
Follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. Support the Business Development team’s initiative to strategically grow the business.
Skill & Competencies:
Sales Savvy: Proven experience in sales or tele-selling roles, with a knack for closing deals and exceeding targets.
Communication Maestro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with diverse clients and articulate our value proposition effectively.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving strategies, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Passion for Growth: A hunger for personal and professional development, continuously seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
Education and Experience
Graduate in any stream
0-2 Year experience in Telesales/retention in BFSI/BPO/ Telecom/ Insurance/academy counselling.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
