Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Solar EPC

Location: Ranip ,Ahmedabad

Job Summary: We are looking for result-driven Sales Executives and experienced Sales Managers to drive business growth in our Solar EPC division. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and managing end-to-end sales for solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate and qualify leads for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

 Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline

 Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose suitable solar solutions

 Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers

 Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and project feasibility

 Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed orders

 Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Additional Responsibilities (For Sales Manager):

 Lead, guide, and manage the sales team

 Set targets and monitor team performance

 Develop sales strategies and expansion plans

 Handle key accounts and high-value clients

 Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

 Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field

 Sales Executive: 1–3 years’ experience (Fresher’s can also apply)

 Sales Manager: 4–8 years’ experience in sales (Solar/Power/Energy preferred)

 Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred)

 Ability to work independently and achieve targets

 Willingness to travel for client meetings
