Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME / Mid Corporate clients through direct sourcing and referrals
- Structure and deliver working capital solutions (CC/OD, bill discounting, trade finance)
- Conduct financial analysis including CMA data, ratio analysis, and cash flow assessment
- Liaise with credit, risk, and operations teams for sanction and disbursement
- Maintain strong relationships to drive portfolio growth and retention
- Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring early warning signals and delinquency

🧠 Required Skills
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting & working capital assessment
- Relationship management & negotiation skills

- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years in Banking / NBFC / Financial Advisory
- Experience in SME or Mid Corporate lending
- Existing network of clients or channel partners (preferred)
