Job Description
Job PurposeTo source, process, and manage gold loan customers while ensuring compliance with AU Small Finance Bank’s policies, maintaining high service standards, and achieving assigned business targets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Sourcing & Sales Source new customers for gold loan products through:
- Local market activities
- References and repeat customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement and portfolio targets.
- Promote AU Bank’s gold loan schemes, interest rates, tenure options, and benefits to customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
- Other RequirementsWillingness to travel locally for business sourcing
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Understanding of branch banking operations
