Collection Executive / Officer

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and result-oriented Collection Team Leader to lead and motivate our collections team.

The ideal candidate should be capable of achieving collection targets while maintaining high standards of customer interaction, compliance, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for team performance.
• Monitor collection activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
• Drive the team to consistently meet productivity, quality, and recovery targets.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve their performance.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Conduct daily team huddles and performance reviews.
• Analyse collection reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal departments for faster issue resolution.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly MIS reports.

• Experience in BFSI, NBFC, Banking, Fintech, Telecom, or BPO Collections is preferred.
• Good knowledge of collection processes, delinquency management, and recovery strategies.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
