Job Description

The Relationship Manager will coordinate with existing and prospective students to understand their academic requirements, study challenges, and career goals. They will provide guidance, follow up regularly, and ensure students receive timely support related to their courses, assessments, schedules, and academic progress.

The employee will be responsible for maintaining strong student relationships through calls, messages, emails, meetings, and follow-ups. They must resolve student queries professionally.
